About the event

Immerse yourself in a day of being active, being nourished, and just being you in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Surrounded by nature, away from the noise and the chaos.

Relax and rejuvenate as we enter Spring!

On this retreat, we will focus on balancing the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, & space. Through various yoga poses, breathing techniques, sound bath, cacao ceremony and mandala making, we aim to create harmony and balance within our bodies and minds, helping to awaken the senses and promote overall well-being. This event is a great way to celebrate the arrival of the new season and connect with nature.

Hosted by two phenomenal women with a tremendous holistic experience, offering you a very special retreat experience.

Look forward to enjoying movement through yoga, relaxation through sound bath, connecting to your inner you through dancing and making a beautiful Mandala as a group.

Set in a stunning rural location, your Spring Retreat Day will run from morning through to the early evening and we promise you will return home feeling both energised and relaxed. Our retreat days provide the same benefits as if you had enjoyed a few days away, but without all of the logistical challenges!

You will meet friendly, inspiring and like-minded people and also have some time to yourself. Come along and enjoy the day!

*Yoga will be suitable for all levels, options and variations always offered. Own mat, blanket and a pillow is required. Appropriate clothes for inside yoga and outside walk are required.

Bring your own healthy lunch. We will provide herbal and fruit teas.

What Should I Bring?

  • Warm clothes for the outdoor element.

  • Yoga clothes or something you are comfortable to move around in.

  • Bring your own lunch.

  • A bottle of water.

  • All Levels Welcome – not suitable for pregnancy or under 16 years of age.

  • Bring your own yoga mat and blanket if you have one. If not we will provide the mats.
